Thumblogger has just added a new feature:
"Now you can upload a image from your computer directly into a log entry of your sex blog."
Very handy, cause now you can skip uploading to ImageTurtle.
I get a lot of question of people not knowing how to start a sex blog. A sex blog is just like a blog, so you can use all 'how to start a blog' tutorials on the world wide web. Here is a good one:
Free blog tutorials
At
thumblogger they have a new features called 'auto links'.
If you for example enter 'search' as word and 'http://www.yahoo.com' as url, the autolink feature will convert every 'search' word in a log entry to a hyperlink which points to 'http://www.yahoo.com'. Like:
search
It's handy!
I've just made a great sql query which gives me all the real splog sex blogs at sexblogdemon.
My definition of a splog blog is a bit different that the
weaky wikipedia splog definition, but i'm not going to tell it because it maybe used by bloggers to get around my splog detection routine.
Last 5 minutes i spend looking at log files of thumblogger. It seems that someone identified as 'ichiro/2.0' is doing some strange things, he onces visits a couple pages of the forum, he than visits random blogs. I grepped through the old logs and found a lot hits 'ichiro/2.0', he seems to like do random things.
Google didn't really know the answer, but i found
a funny log entry about 'ichiro/2.0'
Free adult blog services without banners are guarenteed to introduce banners when they get bigger. Why? Because this business is not charity, they must pay their hosting bills and support desk.
A exception is google and some other major company like adult.com they have enough resources to offer a bannerless service. But sooner or later banners will appear.
Now you have 2 choices:
1. go with a bannerless service and be cheated hard after a half year.
2. go with a service like thumblogger. With thumblogger you know what you get: a small topbar.
Above all thumblogger is in the business for over 1 year, the other services are just 1 or 2 months old. I've seen already 3 adult blog services in a half year that were shutdown and their blogs were deleted.
Now i ask: would you want to build a blog with traffic and all and discover on 1 saturday morning that your blog is gone? I don't think so.
History tells truth: bannerless hosting, like we all know it did fail, no one can deny this fact.

Yup, it's right, but their is a nuance to be made.
As you said blogs with 'sexual explicit content' is a no no on blogger. But if you just like to tell adventures which you had with your latest girlfriend or blog about your erotic fantasies then you can just go with blogger.
A couple day back i got a interesting question
"Another question. MSN search picks up
Find Fun, Romance, Love and More. Meet Someone Now: Find men - Find women
and places it in the description, thats affecting my SEO. is there anyway to stop that or does anyone else have that problem or is it just the template im using which is block"
My reply
That is not true, if you put a add on a website it doesn't affect any SEO. All SEO know where to look for content.
Just look at this:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=nubile+dina&btnG=Google+Search
The first link saids:
"A collection of thoughts about the girl of my dreams Dina."
(the meta description)
The second link saids:
"Welcome to my Nubile Dina fan blog. As you can see i'ma BIG fan of Dina, i collect everything. ... A movie with a nude Nubile Dina on a dark yellow couch. ..."
(that's a part of the sticky text and the first log entry)

At the above url you are searching for 'thumblogger' so google is smart enough to display the part of the blog that contains thumblogger and that is only the topbar. If you search for another keyword then google will display the part of the blog that contains that keyword and not the topbar. Just try it.
Many people use it for SEO/PR purposes and/or for feeding another blog.
You can get a number 1-3 position with a thumblogger within 1 or 2 days, of course not on a really popular keyword (that takes a bit longer).
Now imagine doing this 5 times and link all 5 blogs to your main blog. The result is quality SE traffic and nice incoming links (for PR).
Last week BlogTradeFinder has entered public beta. I made it to make trading links easier.
I got the idea of the
thumblogger forum and other trading forums, trading on these forums did work, but it could be made much smoother and easier. That's why i made BlogTradeFinder, it is a 'setup once and leave' system, cause once you have added your blogs you don't need to login anymore: you will simply receive a email when someone wants to trade with you. Your email address will never be visible to anyone, all communication goes via Private Messages.
